Blue Sea Motor Inn

Is it the fanciest motel absolutely not! It is very retro. But it is clean. Has a pool and a hot tub. It is close to a great beach for shells and I did find sea glass. Very quiet here. There is also a bus to ptown right across the street. Staff has been very friendly and very helpful. I was nervous after reading the reviews here but I will be booking again next year!

It may not be a fancy resort, but it's a perfectly fine motel and it's just a short distance from Provincetown. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Depending on which room you get you might have easy access to the beach, although other rooms have better access to parking.

This is our second time staying here this time we were on the beach side, we liked this side a lot better. The bus stop is right across the street which I highly recommend taking down to P-Town. Our room was in the front part of the parking lot so we still had a little walk to the beach but it wasn't to bad. We saw a gorgeous sunset on the beach. they do not comb it so there was seaweed everywhere but we didn't go to swim since it was to cold anyways. The beds were not the comfiest but the size of the room was great! The bathroom was very very pink, definitely needs some updating but everything worked in the rom great and we never heard any of our neighbors. Just be aware if you don't bring food or drinks for your room, stop on the way up, or go into P-Town as there's only one small convenience store about a 10 minute drive down the road and there's also a hotel which has a restaurant down the road where we picked breakfast.

Great spot to stay on a private beach, indoor pool w hot tub. Clean great service. My room has a kitchen and plenty of room for guests.

Excellent value! It’s nothing top of the line amazing, but our room was clean and comfortable. We only go to the room to sleep so it works out great. Definitely has an older run down vibe to it, but it is clean.

The rooms are clean and cozy. It has easy ocean and beach access. It’s very PTown accessible while also being laid back and affordable. But mostly the staff is amazing! Our car had a malfunction and the owner helped us out! I highly recommend and we will be coming back next year.

A simple motel with extremely clean rooms, hot showers Our bathroom was complete with pink tile and toilet! Classic Cape! The beds felt like we were sleeping on box springs but we woke up refreshed. The beach is a bit of a walk, and it was covered with piles of seaweed which should be removed for guests. I’m okay with seaweed but this was over the top. All in all , a good value and location for a night or 2. I’d stay there again just for the old Cape atmosphere. No need to renovate just get better beds.

Literally magical to stay here ... it is a small motel that is on the beach so the carpet isn't perfectly sand free but how could it be when you open the door to the beach?? The beach veiw rooms are like a whole different world from the other available rooms but I would still happily stay there! Location is amazing and the price is unbeatable. We will be returning every year we get the chance
